Eligibility for Admission:
A candidate for admission to B.H.M.S. course shall have:
Passed the I.Sc., Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) or an examination equivalent there to, with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (including Practicals) Provided the candidate has passed in each subject separately. He/She must also have passed in English as a subject of study in the qualifying examination.

He/She has completed the age of 17 years on or before 1 st July of the session of admission and should be below the age of 22 years. The upper age limit may be relaxed in exceptional cases by the Principal if he is satisfied with the merit of the candidate.

Selection Procedure:

To maintain high academic standards, the college gives due importance to quality of students enrolled. The candidate who are found eligible under the criteria of eligibility and ‘Afterdue' consideration of marks obtained at I.Sc.; 12 th or equivalent examination passed with PCB stream (Physics, Chemistry and Biology). An applicant is invited to appear at WET (Written Entrance Test) and/or Personal interview (PI) which will be conducted by the college. The date of examination and center for entrance examination (WET) and/or PI will be communicated to the candidates alongwith the ‘Admit Card' issued by the college.

The competitive entrance examination (WET) will be of two hours duration and will have one paper consisting of four parts viz., 1, 2, 3 and 4 containing objective type (multiple choice) questions. Details are as follows :

Syllabus for WET:

Recommended syllabus for WET is of +2 and equivalent level. The selection will be made on the basis of scores (marks obtained) in WET (Written Entrance Test) and/or P.I. The center of test/P.I. will be notified by post individually.

Documents Required:

Attested photocopies of the following documents and photographs are to be submitted along with the application.

•  Class Xth pass certificate and marksheet.
• Class XIIth or I.sc. or equivalent pass certificate and marksheet.
•  College leaving certificate.
•  Conduct certificate from the Institution last attended.
•  Domicile certificate.
•  Recent coloured passport size photo (4 nos.).

All original certificates and marksheets will be verified and the Original C.L.C. shall be submitted in the college office at the time of admission.

A Declaration will have to be signed by the parent/guardian at the time of admission in the presence of the Principal/Admission Committee. (Prescribed format will be supplied at the time of admission in the college).

Principal may refuse admission to any student without citing any reason what so ever.

When called for by the college, all original certificates, marksheet and Migration certificate (NOC) from the University last attended must be submitted in the College office for verification by the BRA Bihar University , Muzaffarpur, for student's registration in the University for appearing at BHMS examinations of the University.
