•  Security deposit is refundable after completion of the course and internship.
•  The above amount doesn't included University Examination and Enrolment fee (Student registration fee) but will be charged as and when notified by the university.
•  The entire fee given above including security deposit (A1 & A2) is payable at the time of counselling/admission by the demand Draft in the favour of Principal, K.N.H. Medical College, payable at Bhagalpur, Cheque or cash will bot be accepted under any circumstances and admission will be made only when the entire fee of 1 st Rs. B.H.M.S. is deposited or the amount mentioned in selection letter issued by the college office is deposited. No part payment there off will be acceptable.
•  Withdrawal of Admission and refund of Fee : After seeking admission, if a student applies for withdrawal/cancellation of his/her admission, NO FEE except security deposit of Rs. 5000/- will be refundable.
•  Cancellation of admission : It a student is found to have seek admission by fraudulent means by submitting wrong or forged certificates, mark-sheets and any other documents or Bank Draft his/her admission would be cancelled by the college and amount submitted at the time of admission would be refundable.
•  For any dispute what so ever and which soever the legal jurisdiction will be Bhagalpur .
