Second B.H.M.S.( B.H.M.S. Part-II)

•  Organon of Medicine & Homoeopathic Philosophy.
•  Homoeopathic Materia Medica.

Third B.H.M.S.(B.H.M.S. Part-III)

•  Surgery including Eye & ENT, Opthalmology and Homoeopathic Therapeutics.
•  Obstetrics and Gyanecology, Infant Hygiene and Homoeopathic Therapeutics.
•  Homoeopathic Materia Medica.
•  Organon of Medicine & Homoeopathic Philosophy.

Fourth B.H.M.S.(B.H.M.S. Part-IV)

•  Practice of medicine, Children's Diseases, Mental Diseases and Skin Diseases including Homoeopathic Therapeutics.
•  Homoeopathic Materia Medica.
•  Homoeopathic Repertory.


University Examinations:
Conducted by B.R.A. Bihar University , Muzaffarpur

•  First B.H.M.S. (Part-I) Examination will be held after 1 and half years of admission.
•  Second B.H.M.S. (Part-II) Examination will be held one year after the 1 st B.H.M.S. Examination.
•  Third B.H.M.S. (Part-III) Examination will be held one year after the second B.H.M.S. Examination.
•  Fourth B.H.M.S. (Part-I) Examination will be held one year after the third B.H.M.S. Examination.


To pass in an University Examination, the Candidate must have passed in all subjects. Pass in a subject means that a candidate must pass with minimum 50% marks in theory, oral & practical examination separately.

If a candidate who fails to pass in less than two subjects in 1 st B.H.M.S. examination, less than three subjects in IInd B.H.M.S. examination, the candidate will be declared to have failed in the examination and will be detained in the concerned B.H.M.S. class and shall be required to again prosecute further study in all subjects in the college after that he/she may be allowed to appear for the next University examination in which he/she has failed.

But if a Candidate has passed in at least two subjects of 1 st B.H.M.S. and in three subjects of IInd & IIIrd B.H.M.S. examinations and fails to clear the rest of the subject/subjects, he would be declared to have secured compartmental in those subject, he/she has failed and promoted to next higher class and allowed to appear in concerned compartmental subject/subjects of B.H.M.S., he/she has failed along with the examination of next higher class.

A candidate can only appear in IVth B.H.M.S. examination if he/she has cleared all the subjects of and passed the 1 st , IInd, IIIrd B.H.M.S. examination.


However if a candidate fails to clear all the subject in any part of B.H.M.S. examination of the University, the candidate shall again be required to prosecute further course of study in the College in all the subjects of the concerned part of B.H.M.S. (1 st , IInd, IIIrd of IVth) on payment of additional tuition fee and thereafter he would be allowed to appear in the University examination of that part of B.H.M.S. examination which he/she has failed to clear in consecutive examinations.

Failure to appear at consecutive University examination means a candidate has failed in that examination and he/she would loose a chance.

On completion of the course a successful student would be awarded B.H.M.S. degree by the B.R.A. Bihar University , Muzaffarpur.
